Hi! We’re a kickass international and (almost) fully female team of entrepreneurs, and we’re so excited to share Altura with you. As an entirely Gen Z team, we get that our generation is looked down upon in the workplace, and frankly, those stuffy, traditional policies that still run most of the world have got to go. That’s why we created Altura—a place for current female entrepreneurs and those aspiring to start their own businesses to collect and connect. We want to talk business, how to maintain a work-life balance (hustle culture is just so millennial), the bravery in self-expression, the importance of mental health, and the deep stuff that our generation is going to change in society. Oh, and we’re not afraid to talk about the stuff that doesn’t get talked about enough.
